Located on the ground floor, this is a one roomed apartment offering excellent value accommodation for 1 or 2 people. The room is 15'6" x 17'6" and has a gas oven, fridge, dining table and chairs, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a double bed. There is an en-suite shower room. This gite is next to the road which can be busy at times, but is effectively double glazed for you comfort. See Prices below.
L'Ecurie - Sleeps 4-6

Originally part of the barn and stables which could take up to 40 horses! Downstairs has a large lounge/dining room and kitchen (22' x 20') with stone walls, oak beams and an open fireplace. The kitchen has a full gas cooker, microwave and fridge freezer.

French doors lead out onto the courtyard where your garden furniture is situated.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed with bath/shower and wash basin, another bed can be added to this room. The other room has twin beds and a wash basin. Again, an extra bed can be added. On the landing is a shower room and a toilet.

Le Ruisseau - Sleeps 2 abults + 2 children
 

Located on the ground floor with two rooms and a shower room.

The living/dining room, (12'2" x 15'6"), has a dining table and chairs and a double sofa bed. The kitchen has a gas oven, fridge and all crockery and cutlery.

The adjacent bedroom has a double bed, (an additional bed can be added), and off this room is the en-suite shower room.

Each room has a door that leads into the courtyard where your garden furniture overlooks the pool.

Note:

  1. Prices of Studio, Le Ruisseau and L’Ecurie are per week, not per person
  2. B&B prices are for two people and include continental breakfast.
  3. Extra person in same B&B room is 6€ supplement per night.
  4. Extra to stated number of maximum occupancy in gîtes is a supplement of £30 per person per week

Prices include bedding, bed linen and pillows, towels, electricity, gas and water – with a small contribution towards heating out of season (September to May). Rental periods are from 4.00 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival to 10.00 a.m. on the Saturday of departure.

Please note that a 25% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed, and is non-refundable (unless that rental period can be re-let; see booking conditions).

You are therefore advised to take out travel insurance with a cancellation clause, which may enable you to recover such non-refundable deposits etc.

There is a £50.00 security deposit in case of damage to the property or it’s contents. This is refundable at the end of the rental period provided that no damage has occurred and that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition.

We are situated on the D939 between Angoulême and Perigueux. The Studio is near the road and can be subject to traffic noise, the rental prices reflect this fact; however, it is fully double-glazed.
